Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 2/4 tsp ground stevia sweetener
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder

Instructions

​Add 1/2 cup walnuts into a mortar and use the pestle to obtain chunky crumbs. Set aside.

Add the rest of the ingredients except cacao powder into the food processor and pulse to obtain a sticky mixture.

Add the cacao powder onto a plate, the scoop the walnut mixture into balls and roll them into cacao to evenly coat.

Roll the balls also in walnut crumbs, then line on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes.

Remove from the freezer and serve, or keep into an airtight container for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
