First of all, these bliss bowls are really good for staying in keto. Avocados are loaded with the healthiest fats you can get. So that’s a big bonus.

Secondly, they literally burst with creamy chocolatey flavor.

Third reason, no additives or artificial ingredients. Vegan Keto Avocado Pudding can be eaten by diabetics and people with milk and gluten intolerances.

Fourthly, skip the “leaving to set” step and your vegan keto avocado pudding remains a double-thick shake slash smoothie! Just reduce the coconut cream to half and add extra almond milk if you want a thinner consistency.

Raw Cacao Powder:

Cocoa powder is loaded with antioxidants. But not all cocoa powders are created equal! So if you are following a super clean eating regime, always opt for raw cacao. Not cocoa. Often cocoa gets dutch-pressed. This process won’t remove all the antioxidants but for those who can afford it, it’s good to go for the raw version. (Just my opinion.) Vegan Keto Avocado Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder or 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener 

  Optional 

  • 2 tsp sliced almond for garnish
  • 2 tsp shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour into serving glasses or dessert jars and transfer to the fridge for at least 5 hours before serving.
  3. Add garnish on top right before serving
