Smooth And Creamy Vegan Keto Avocado Pudding

Vegan Keto Avocado Pudding goes down well for breakfast, lunch, snacks, or supper. We are so conditioned into thinking pudding is an after-dinner experience. But following a vegan keto diet means we get to mix things up big time!

Vegan Keto Avocado Pudding

Our Smooth and Creamy Vegan Keto Avocado Pudding is versatile, delightfully delicious, super nutritious, and very sweet on the wallet. When it’s avo season here we literally subsist on avocado pears. And this scrumptious pud is a firm fave in our home.

Why We Love Our Smooth and Creamy Vegan Keto Avocado Pudding

First of all, these bliss bowls are really good for staying in keto. Avocados are loaded with the healthiest fats you can get. So that’s a big bonus.

Secondly, they literally burst with creamy chocolatey flavor.

Third reason, no additives or artificial ingredients. Vegan Keto Avocado Pudding can be eaten by diabetics and people with milk and gluten intolerances.

Fourthly, skip the “leaving to set” step and your vegan keto avocado pudding remains a double-thick shake slash smoothie! Just reduce the coconut cream to half and add extra almond milk if you want a thinner consistency.

This easy-to-make combo can be used as a dessert topping too!

How Easy Is It To Make Vegan Keto Avocado Pudding?

Unless you don’t trust yourself around household appliances, making vegan keto avocado pudding is a breeze. And takes 2 minutes! (Not counting the 5 hours to set, LOL!)

Will It Break The Bank?

This is quite a decadent pudding. If you eating clean it will cost more than if you are just following a vega keto diet and aren’t too obsessed with how “clean” each ingredient is. So it’s easy to bring the cost down by choosing your pantry staples practically.

Hero Ingredient

Raw Cacao Powder:

Cocoa powder is loaded with antioxidants. But not all cocoa powders are created equal! So if you are following a super clean eating regime, always opt for raw cacao. Not cocoa. Often cocoa gets dutch-pressed. This process won’t remove all the antioxidants but for those who can afford it, it’s good to go for the raw version. (Just my opinion.) I have left two links below so you can choose which one suits your wallet.

Wildly Organics is our go-to for things raw, organic, and nutty. You can find raw cacao here.

If you are happy with delicious unsweetened cocoa powder try this brand.

It won’t make a difference to the end result and your vegan keto avo pudding will still be a big hit!
