Vegan Keto Avocado Pudding



  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder or 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener 


  • 2 tsp sliced almond for garnish
  • 2 tsp shredded coconut


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour into serving glasses or dessert jars and transfer to the fridge for at least 5 hours before serving.
  3. Add garnish on top right before serving
