- 1 medium avocado
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder or 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 2 tsp sliced almond for garnish
- 2 tsp shredded coconut
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses or dessert jars and transfer to the fridge for at least 5 hours before serving.
- Add garnish on top right before serving
