  • 2 medium avocado
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit syrup
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds


  1. Place all ingredients except half of the flax seeds in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in glasses immediately, season with a rest flax seeds.
