Keto Green Bean Fries

Ingredients

  • 3 cups green beans
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
  • 4 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp paprika 
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 / 200 degrees.
  2. Line baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl combine flax seeds and almond milk. Leave for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine almond flour, nutritional yeast, and spices in a second bowl. Mix well.
  5. Immerse great beans one by one in the flax seeds and transfer to the flour mix. After fully covered, place on a tray.
  6. Bake 10 minutes.
