COCONUT BATTERED VEGAN KETO ONION RINGS

Description

Preheat the oven to 175C/356F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl mix 1 cup coconut flour with the almond milk to obtain a batter. On a plate mix the rest of the coconut flour, paprika, turmeric, salt and hemp hearts. Take an onion ring and dip into the batter, then transfer onto the plate and coat with the spice mix, then place on the baking sheet. Continue the same with the rest of the rings, arranging them into a single layer. Spray generously with coconut oil. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove and serve warm, garnished with parsley and lemon slices, and accompanied by a little bowl of hot sauce.
